Prepare the ingredients. Wash the apples, peel and dice the bananas, peel and dice the kiwis and set aside (the apples are not peeled for better color).
Now pour some yogurt into the cup.
Then add the bananas.
Add strawberries.
Add diced apples.
Place diced kiwi fruit on top.
Finally, add cherry tomatoes for garnish, and then pour in the other half of the yogurt and mix well when eating (if you like sweet, you can add 1 teaspoon of honey).
