  • 1 yolk
  • 20 g Mashed potatoes
  • 20 g Yogurt

Instructions
 

  • About 20 grams of steamed potatoes and 1 boiled egg.
  • Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
  • Add egg yolks, steamed potatoes and yogurt into a container and mash into a paste.
  • Put the mashed paste into a piping bag.
  • Remove the egg white from the yolk.
