Ingredients

  • carrot moderate
  • Green pepper moderate
  • red pepper moderate
  • tuna moderate
  • salt moderate

Instructions
 

  • After washing the potatoes, cut them into large pieces and steam them for 20 minutes. You can put the eggs in while steaming the potatoes.
  • Prepare the side dishes.
  • Chop the side dishes into small dices.
  • Pour olive oil into the pan, add onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add green and red peppers and carrots and stir-fry.
  • Peel the steamed mashed potatoes, put them together with the eggs and fried vegetables, and add some salt and crushed black pepper.
  • Press into paste.
  • Prepare the tuna.
  • Tear the tuna into small strips and mix with the mashed potatoes.

Notes

1. Steam the eggs and potatoes together. Clean the eggshells and take them out after the water boils for 7 minutes.
2. If you feel that the mashed potatoes are dry, you can add some milk to adjust the seasoning. You can also increase or decrease the seasoning according to your own preferences.
