Traditional British Yorkshire Pudding recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 125 g all-purpose flour
  • 3 egg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 220 ml milk

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour and salt in a large bowl
  • Add eggs and milk and mix well until there is no powder left. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C, pour vegetable oil into the muffin pan, then put the baking pan into the oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the oil is very thick Hot
  • Take out the muffin plate, pour the batter into it, put it into the oven immediately, and bake it for about 20-25 minutes! (Brown surface)

Notes

This recipe makes approximately 8 puddings
*During the baking of pudding, do not open the oven door, otherwise the pudding will collapse
*Pudding is best enjoyed while hot. It can also be stored in the freezer and heated in the oven before serving.
