Crack the eggs into a bowl and wash the vegetables and set aside.
Chop tomatoes into small pieces, chop green onions, add 1 teaspoon of salt (not included in the amount) to the eggs and beat until evenly combined.
Pour a proper amount of cooking oil into the wok, add the egg liquid and stir-fry until it forms pieces and serve.
Heat the oil in a pan again, add the chopped onions and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add chopped tomatoes and 1 teaspoon of salt (not included in the amount) and stir-fry until red soup comes out, add fresh soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
Add appropriate amount of boiling water.
After boiling, add the noodles and cook until 80% cooked.
Add the fried eggs, vegetables and 1 teaspoon of salt, cook until cooked and then serve.
