Cut beef into small pieces and clean (small pieces are easier to cook and faster)
Boil the beef with onion, ginger and cooking wine (cook until about half done, remove and set aside)
Put a little oil, heat the beef, add cooking wine and light soy sauce and stir-fry for three to five minutes (to make the beef more flavorful)
Stir-fry and set aside
Cut the tomatoes into crosses and put them in boiling water to peel them
Cut the peeled tomatoes into small pieces and prepare the coriander
Add a little oil and start frying the tomatoes
Fry until soft

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and continue to cook (the time will depend on the meat being cooked, if you like it soft and tender, cook for a little longer) and finally add salt to taste
