Spinach Juice Bun

Ingredients
  

  • flour Moderate
  • Spinach Juice
  • yeast Moderate
  • 1 g Baking Soda
  • 1 scoop lard
  • 1 scoop White sugar

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 spoon of sugar and yeast to freshly squeezed spinach juice and dissolve.
  • Add an appropriate amount of flour (add baking powder to the flour and mix well first), then add a spoonful of lard and knead the dough.
  • Knead it repeatedly until it becomes a very smooth dough, cover it and let it rise for 20 minutes.
  • Knead the dough into 2 steamed buns, cover and let ferment again.
  • Steam for 15 minutes after the water boils, and then open the lid 3 to 5 minutes after turning off the heat.
  • The steamed buns are green and soft (the color is slightly lighter after steaming).
