Ingredients
  

  • 2 potato
  • White radish A short paragraph
  • 2 coriander
  • salt moderate
  • Chili Oil moderate
  • Sichuan pepper oil moderate

Instructions
 

  • Peel and wash potatoes, cut into large pieces;
  • Boil potatoes in cold water;
  • While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the white radish and cut it into thin strips;
  • Wash and chop the coriander;
  • Boil potatoes until soft and slightly cracked
  • After cooling slightly, mash the potatoes
  • Add shredded radish, coriander, chili oil and appropriate amount of salt
  • Put on PE gloves and mix well
