Shrimp Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 big potato
  • 60 g Krill Meat
  • salt a little
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 15 g Thousand Island Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Thaw the krill meat by soaking it in cold water.
  • Then squeeze it with your hands to remove excess water.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of Kuhne apple cider vinegar
  • Add a pinch of salt.
  • Stir evenly with chopsticks and marinate for about 15 minutes.
  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and steam them in a steamer for about 15 minutes.
  • Use a spoon to mash it into a paste while it is still hot. When feeding it to young babies, make sure to mash it very finely to make it more delicate
  • Steam the marinated krill meat for about 5 minutes, then pour out the excess water in the bowl.
  • Pour into the mashed potatoes, add Thousand Island salad dressing and mix well.
  • Finished product

Notes

1. If you are feeding the mashed potatoes to young babies, you must crush them into small pieces;
2. Adding apple cider vinegar to krill meat can enhance the flavor and sterilize it, making the meat more delicious;
3. Because Thousand Island salad dressing already contains salt, there is no need to add salt to the mashed potatoes for seasoning.
