Roasted Corn recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 corn
  • A little sugar (for cooking corn)
  • 1 spoon peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp sesame paste
  • 1 spoon Shacha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 1 spoon  soy sauce paste

Instructions
 

  • Blanch the corn, remove the leaves, boil the corn in water, add sugar and boil for 10 minutes. Prepare roasted corn sauce and mix well and set aside
  • Preheat the oven, brush the corn with sauce and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, then brush the corn with sauce and bake for 5-8 minutes (you can bake it longer if you like it browned)
