Rich chocolate cake roll
Ingredients
- 5 egg
- 69 g Low-gluten flour
- 55 g boiled water
- 15 g Valrhona cocoa powder
- 55 g Corn oil
- 50 g fine sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.Add boiled water to cocoa powder and stir well, add corn oil and stir until emulsified.Sift in the flour and mix well.Add the egg yolks to the batter in two batches and mix well.
- Put the egg whites on a clean and oil-free plate. Add the fine sugar to the egg whites at one time and beat until they are in a sticky state, as shown in the picture.Add the egg whites to the batter in two batches, mix well, pour into a square plate, and scrape evenly with a spatula.
