Prepare the ingredients, whip the cream until 90% whipped, and refrigerate for later use
Mix sugar and egg yolks, add lemon juice and stir well, then add hot milk in batches and stir well. If you don’t eat raw eggs, you can heat on low heat until bubbling, then add peanut butter and mix well.
Add in the butter gradually and mix well.
Peel and cut bananas into pieces, add to ice cream and mix well.
Pour into a clean container and freeze overnight.

Take it out before eating and let it return to room temperature for ten minutes so that you can easily scoop out the ice cream balls
