Peel the blood orange and cut the flesh into pieces
Put the orange pieces in a blender and blend them into orange juice (no need to add water, use a blender stick to squeeze out some juice before blending)
Orange juice filtered to remove fiber
Slice the potatoes and steam them until cooked (this step can be done before squeezing orange juice)
Put it on a plate while it is still hot and mash it into fine paste with a spoon
Mix in salad dressing
Slowly stir in some orange juice
Stir well, don't add too much orange juice, it will be too watery and the flowers won't form when squeezed later
Put the mashed potatoes into a piping bag with a piping nozzle attached and squeeze out flower shapes.
