Ingredients

  • 1 potato
  • 1 blood orange
  • Salad Dressing moderate

Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes and set aside an orange
  • Peel the blood orange and cut the flesh into pieces
  • Put the orange pieces in a blender and blend them into orange juice (no need to add water, use a blender stick to squeeze out some juice before blending)
  • Orange juice filtered to remove fiber
  • Slice the potatoes and steam them until cooked (this step can be done before squeezing orange juice)
  • Put it on a plate while it is still hot and mash it into fine paste with a spoon
  • Mix in salad dressing
  • Slowly stir in some orange juice
  • Stir well, don't add too much orange juice, it will be too watery and the flowers won't form when squeezed later
  • Put the mashed potatoes into a piping bag with a piping nozzle attached and squeeze out flower shapes.
