Prepare two good-looking oranges ? (preferably thinner skinned for easier ripening)
Cut the lid and carefully scoop out the pulp.
Prepare pure milk 120ml and 1 egg
Beat the eggs thoroughly (with small bubbles) ➕Pure milk?➕1 spoon of sugar and stir (⚠️You don’t need to add too much pure milk. If you like sweet taste, you can add more sugar)
Pour the stirred liquid into the hollowed orange (⚠️Don’t pour it too full~)
Place the steam rack, cover the pot, and boil the water over high heat for 8-12 minutes. ⚠️Some egg liquid will overflow during cooking. You can use toothpicks to fix the junction. ⚠️The bottom of the orange will collapse. If possible, you can use a stand to lift the orange up (no stand) It’s not a big problem, it’s just not pretty enough)
