Ingredients
  

  • 300 g pork bones
  • 200 g lotus root
  • 20 g peanut
  • 10 g Shallots
  • Wolfberry Moderate
  • 10 g ginger
  • 4 g salt

Instructions
 

  • Peel the lotus root and cut into pieces, peel and slice the ginger, and cut the green onion into sections.
  • Wash wolfberries and peanuts and soak them in water for 15 minutes.
  • Rinse the pork bones with clean water, blanch them to remove the blood and set aside.
  • Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl, add enough water to cover the ingredients, and place in the middle layer of the steamer.
  • Select the overheating mode in the steamer, 110 degrees, and steam for 60 minutes
  • After 50 minutes of steaming, take out and sprinkle with salt to season, and continue steaming until the end of the time.
