Ingredients
  

  • hawthorn Moderate
  • sugar Moderate

Instructions
 

  • Wash the hawthorn.
  • Remove the stems and cores.
  • The ratio of sugar to water is 1:1.
  • Boil sugar over high heat
  • Cook until bubbles appear and the sugar hardens when dipped in water with chopsticks. I forgot to pat it in this step. Then turn off the heat and let it cool for a while. I think it cooled for less than a minute. Because it was my first time, I didn't pat it so finely. Pour the dried hawthorns in and stir constantly until they are frosted.
  • It was quite successful.
