Ingredients
  

  • 200 g High-gluten flour
  • 20 g sugar
  • 2 g salt
  • 3 g yeast
  • 40 g egg
  • 95 g Milk + water (half and half)
  • 20 g butter

Instructions
 

  •  Mix all ingredients (except butter) Let it sit for 30 minutes After the dough forms, add butter The first fermentation takes about 1 hour
  • Take out the exhaust Divide into equal parts and round Let the dough rest for 15 minutes
  • Styling Put into mold The second fermentation takes about 1 hour
  • Apply egg wash Add garlic butter
  • Place in a preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake for 25 minutes After coming out of the oven Apply garlic butter
