Ingredients
  

  • 100 g strawberry
  • 100 g banana
  • 100 g apple
  • 200 g tomato
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 200 g carrot

Instructions
 

  • Cut carrots into small pieces, cut tomatoes into cubes, cut cauliflower into small florets; wash and cut apples into cubes, wash and remove the stems of strawberries, peel and cut bananas into cubes
  • Cook vegetables in a pot
  • Take out the vegetables and let them cool down, then put them into the cooking cup. Select the fruit and vegetable button to end the process and pour them into a bowl for later use.
  • Take two spoons of vegetable paste into the cooking cup, add strawberries, bananas and apples, highest level and run for 60 seconds
  • Pour out and drink

Notes

1. Cut the fruit as thin as possible to make it easier to stick to the cup wall.
2. If you cook too much vegetables at one time, you can put them in the refrigerator and combine them with other fruits for consumption.
