Ingredients
  

  • 2 Crucian carp
  • 500 g vermicelli
  • Fish Ball one box
  • coriander Moderate
  • 3 pieces Chives
  • ginger a small piece
  • salt moderate
  • milk moderate

Instructions
 

  • The crucian carp cleaned.
  • Put the crucian carp into hot oil pan and fry it on both sides over low heat.
  • Wash and remove the stems of shallots. Peel and slice the ginger.
  • Then pour in a large pot of water, cover the pot, and bring to a boil over high heat.
  • After the water boils, transfer it to a casserole and add onions and ginger. Cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat again.
  • Then add the fish balls and a small box of milk.
  • Before turning off the heat, add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
  • Bring another large pot of water to a boil, add the noodles, cook for 3 minutes, and turn off the heat.
  • Place noodles into a bowl, pour fish soup over them and sprinkle with coriander.
  • Crucian carp has many bones, so put it in a separate plate and eat it.
