The crucian carp cleaned.
Put the crucian carp into hot oil pan and fry it on both sides over low heat.
Wash and remove the stems of shallots. Peel and slice the ginger.
Then pour in a large pot of water, cover the pot, and bring to a boil over high heat.
After the water boils, transfer it to a casserole and add onions and ginger. Cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat again.
Then add the fish balls and a small box of milk.
Before turning off the heat, add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
Bring another large pot of water to a boil, add the noodles, cook for 3 minutes, and turn off the heat.
Place noodles into a bowl, pour fish soup over them and sprinkle with coriander.
Crucian carp has many bones, so put it in a separate plate and eat it.
