First peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well. Pour the starch and bread crumbs into two different bowls.
Take out a piece of banana and coat it in starch. Then roll it in egg liquid. Finally, coat it evenly with bread crumbs.
Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, heat the oil to 60% hot, add the wrapped bananas, turn to medium-low heat, squeeze the juice until golden brown and take it out, it will take about two minutes.
Serve on a plate.
Notes
Always use a low heat so that even if some bread crumbs fall into the oil, there will be no burnt smell, and the remaining oil can be reused.
