- 2 banana
- 1 egg
- ½ bowl Sweet potato starch
- ½ bowl Bread crumbs
Chop bananas into segments and beat eggs
Dip in starch first
Coat with egg liquid again
Wrap it fully and evenly
Finally, dip in bread crumbs
The oil temperature should be 60%, not too high, otherwise the bread crumbs will be burnt
