Ingredients
  

  • 2 potato
  • 2 g salt
  • 20 g butter
  • 80 ml Whipping Cream
  • pepper moderate

Instructions
 

  • Peel and cut potatoes into pieces and cook until soft
  • Press the cooked potatoes through a sieve with a spoon (the mashed potatoes will be finer if sieved)
  • Put the mashed potatoes into a bowl after sifting
  • Heat butter and cream until boiling, then turn off the heat, pour into the mashed potato bowl, add salt and pepper and mix well
  • Use a piping bag to fill the mashed potatoes, squeeze them into a small bowl and enjoy
  • It is good to eat hot or refrigerated.
