1 potato cream a little salt a little Cracked black pepper a little 1 scoop white sugar
Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces
Add enough water to cover the potatoes
Cook over low heat until potatoes are soft
Drain and remove
Mash while hot
Add a pinch of salt, a spoonful of sugar, and a little butter
Whisk and mix well
Put it into the piping bag and use your favorite piping nozzle
Squeeze out the patterns you like, sprinkle freshly ground black pepper on the surface, and serve
