- Oyster sauce Moderate

Wash the beef, cut into thin slices, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn starch and peanut oil and mix well.
Chop a small amount of marinated beef and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry beef.
Add appropriate amount of water and boil for two or three minutes.
Season with a pinch of salt.
Add in dried noodles.
Bring to a boil over high heat until noodles are cooked through, then add coriander.
