Ingredients
  

  • 240 g All-purpose flour
  • 3 banana
  • 20 g white sugar
  • 75 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • Walnut kernels Moderate
  • 1.25 g salt
  • 8 g baking soda
  • 5 ml Vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Melt the measured butter over water.
  • Choose ripe bananas and crush the walnut kernels
  • Mash 2 and a half bananas and use the remaining half for garnish
  • Add sugar and vanilla extract to the banana puree and mix well
  • Add eggs and melted butter and mix well with a hand whisk
  • Add chopped walnuts and mix well
  • Finally add flour, salt and baking powder and mix well
  • Brush the mold with butter, pour the batter into the mold until it is 80% full, and place banana slices on top
  • Preheat the oven and bake at 170℃ for 45 minutes
