Choose smaller potatoes and rinse them.
Place in the microwave on high for 4 minutes until cooked through
Remove the skin and mash while hot
Add butter and mash thoroughly
Add appropriate amount of salt and mix well
Add the vegetables, no need to thaw, and mix well
Finally, add the mixed herbs. Don’t add too much. One teaspoon is enough. It is very flavorful.
I wanted to eat meat but was lazy, so I put in a few meatballs. This step can be omitted.
If you want a milky and rich flavor, add some milk powder
