Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple
  • 3 pieces ginger
  • 6 red dates
  • Wolfberry A handful

Instructions
 

  • Prepare materials,ginger and apple(peeled or not),red dates and Wolfberry The amount depends on the individual.
  • Ingredients Wash and set aside
  • Slice the apples, remove the core of the red dates and cut them into pieces (I forgot to cut them the first time I cooked them, so I just threw them in whole). Put all the ingredients in a pot with cold water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat for ten minutes.
  • Put all the ingredients in a pot with cold water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for ten minutes.
  • Have a cup while it’s hot, it’s sweet and sour and delicious!
