American Banana Bread

- 240 g All-purpose flour
- 3 banana
- 20 g white sugar
- 75 g butter
- 1 egg
- Walnut kernels Moderate
- 1.25 g salt
- 8 g baking soda
- 5 ml Herb essence
Melt the measured butter over water.
Choose ripe bananas and crush the walnut kernels
Mash 2 and a half bananas and use the remaining half for garnish.
Add sugar and vanilla extract to the banana puree and mix well.
Add eggs and melted butter and mix well with a hand whisk
Add chopped walnuts and mix well
Finally add flour, salt and baking powder and mix well
Brush the mold with butter, pour the batter into the mold until it is 80% full, and place banana slices on top
Preheat the oven and bake at 170℃ for 45 minutes
