Tomato Noodle Soup
Tomato noodle soup has high nutritional value and is rich in protein
Ingredients
- 200 g vermicelli
- 2 tomato
- 150 g Green vegetables
- 2 egg
- 20 g onion
- 2 tablespoons Fresh soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and wash the vegetables and set aside.
- Chop tomatoes into small pieces, chop green onions, add 1 teaspoon of salt (not included in the amount) to the eggs and beat until evenly combined.
- Pour a proper amount of cooking oil into the wok, add the egg liquid and stir-fry until it forms pieces and serve.
- Heat the oil in a pan again, add the chopped onions and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add chopped tomatoes and 1 teaspoon of salt (not included in the amount) and stir-fry until red soup comes out, add fresh soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
- Add appropriate amount of boiling water.
- After boiling, add the noodles and cook until 80% cooked.
- Add the fried eggs, vegetables and 1 teaspoon of salt, cook until cooked and then serve.
