Curry mashed potatoes are a fusion dish that blends the creamy texture of potatoes with the aromatic richness of curry
Ingredients
- 1 potato
- 1 block curry
- ½ root harm
- ½ onion
- 1 scoop vegetable oil
- 1 pinch Parsley
Instructions
- Dice the ham. Dice onion.
- Peel and slice the potatoes, then steam them in a steamer for 15 minutes until a chopstick can easily penetrate them
- Take out the pressed mud
- Add vegetable oil to the pan and sauté onions and ham
- Add curry and a small amount of water and cook until the curry is melted
- Add mashed potatoes and stir-fry evenly. Cook until thick, then serve and sprinkle with parsley
