Ingredients
  

  • 1 potato
  • 1 block curry
  • ½ root harm
  • ½ onion
  • 1 scoop vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Dice the ham. Dice onion.
  • Peel and slice the potatoes, then steam them in a steamer for 15 minutes until a chopstick can easily penetrate them
  • Take out the pressed mud
  • Add vegetable oil to the pan and sauté onions and ham
  • Add curry and a small amount of water and cook until the curry is melted
  • Add mashed potatoes and stir-fry evenly. Cook until thick, then serve and sprinkle with parsley
