Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Creamy mashed potatoes are a classic comfort dish with a velvety texture and rich dairy flavor
Ingredients
- 2 potato
- 2 g salt
- 20 g butter
- 80 ml Whipping Cream
- pepper moderate
Instructions
- Peel and cut potatoes into pieces and cook until soft
- Press the cooked potatoes through a sieve with a spoon (the mashed potatoes will be finer if sieved)
- Put the mashed potatoes into a bowl after sifting
- Heat butter and cream until boiling, then turn off the heat, pour into the mashed potato bowl, add salt and pepper and mix well
- Use a piping bag to fill the mashed potatoes, squeeze them into a small bowl and enjoy
- It is good to eat hot or refrigerated.
