Ingredients
  

  • 3 egg
  • 180 g Light cream
  • 180 g water
  • 50 g Sugar substitute

  • Stir all the ingredients evenly, cover with plastic wrap and poke a few small holes. If there is no plastic wrap, cover it with a small plate. Divideall the ingredients into 3 for a normalbowl. Boil water and steam over high heat for 10 minutes. Then turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.If the wall of the bowl is relatively thick, it is recommended to steam it for 15 minutes andsimmer for 10 minutes. According to my portion size, I steamed it for a full 20 minutes before it was completely set.
