Ingredients
  

  • 50 g vermicelli
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • Salt Moderate
  • 1 segment onion
  • fungus Moderate
  • Red pepper Moderate
  • Sesame oil a little
  • 1 Boiled Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 sausage

Instructions
 

  • Pour oil into the wok and add the onions after the oil is hot.
  • Add sausage
  • After frying the onion fragrance, add appropriate amount of water.
  • After the water boils, add the noodles.
  • Stir lightly with chopsticks
  • Add black fungus, bring to a boil over high heat, add a little cold water as it boils, and cook until there is no white core left in the noodles.
  • Put vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, pepper, red pepper, chopped green onion and sesame oil in a bowl and mix well.
  • Pour the juice from the bowl into the pot, stir well and turn off the heat.
  • Serve in a bowl
