- 1 lemon
- black tea Appropriate amount
- crystal sugar 3 large pieces (can be changed according to personal preference)
Instructions
- Remove the head and tail of the lemon (until the pulp is peeled off) and cut the lemon into slices. Use a rolling pin to beat the lemon pulp and lemon slices until they are semi-detached.
- Boil a pot of black tea, strain out the tea residue and set aside.
- Put rock sugar in the pot of black tea and stir it back and forth with chopsticks.
