  • Instant oatmeal Moderate
  • 1 egg
  • Corn starch Moderate
  • Peanut Oil Moderate

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs in a small bowl and cut the banana into small pieces
  • Put corn starch on a plate and coat each banana evenly with corn starch
  • Roll the bananas coated with starch evenly in the egg liquid
  • Place the bananas coated with egg liquid in the oatmeal until they are completely coated with oatmeal
  • Pour oil into the pan, heat the oil to 50%, put the bananas coated with oatmeal into the pan, fry on low heat until golden brown, then remove from the pan and control the oil
  • Drain the oil and serve
