- 3 banana
- Bread crumbs Moderate
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Peel and cut the bananas for easier eating.
- Roll the bananas in the egg mixture until they are completely coated with egg.
- Roll in bread crumbs again.
- Put it into a 50% hot oil pan and fry until golden brown, then remove from the oil and drain.
Notes
1. Do not over heat the oil, or the outside will get burnt while the bananas inside are still cold.
