Ingredients
- 15 ml milk
- 1 scoop Corn starch
- 10 g butter
- 2 g salt
- 2 g Black pepper
- 1 scoop Oyster sauce
Instructions

- Prepare a potato, some pure milk, butter, corn starch, and black pepper.
- Peel and slice the potatoes, place them in a plate and steam for 15-20 minutes until they are soft.
- Dissolve corn starch in appropriate amount of water (a little more water).
- Add a teaspoon of black pepper and mix well.
- After the potatoes are steamed, add 1 gram of salt and a small amount of pure milk.
- Use a fork to mash the potatoes (add appropriate amount of milk depending on the consistency of the mashed potatoes).
- Place plastic wrap in a bowl and put the mashed potatoes in to flatten.
- Transfer to a plate and remove plastic wrap.
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Pour in the mixed starch and black pepper water, add a spoonful of oyster sauce and stir evenly, bring to a boil and turn off the heat.
- Pour it on the mashed potatoes and the delicious black pepper mashed potatoes are ready.
