Detox Smoothie is a healthy diet concept, it is basically a healthy food in a cup. It can also be understood as a fast food snack or dessert rich in vitamins. Detox smoothies
Ingredients
- 100 g strawberry
- 100 g banana
- 100 g apple
- 200 g tomato
- 200 g broccoli
- 200 g carrot
Instructions
- Cut carrots into small pieces, cut tomatoes into cubes, cut cauliflower into small florets; wash and cut apples into cubes, wash and remove the stems of strawberries, peel and cut bananas into cubes
- Cook vegetables in a pot
- Take out the vegetables and let them cool down, then put them into the cooking cup. Select the fruit and vegetable button to end the process and pour them into a bowl for later use.
- Take two spoons of vegetable paste into the cooking cup, add strawberries, bananas and apples, highest level and run for 60 seconds
