Crispy Fried Bananas

Ingredients
- 2 banana
- 2 egg
- 1 spoon Bread crumbs
- 2 spoon salad oil
Instructions
- Beat two eggs in a bowl. Peel and cut two bananas into pieces and soak them in the egg liquid for a while
- Mix the eggs and bananas thoroughly
- Add your favorite fruit and vegetable seasonings to increase its clear taste.
- Coat the bananas evenly with bread crumbs
- Put oil in the pan, when the oil is 50% hot, add bananas and turn to medium heat
- Gently shake the pan to heat it evenly. Wrap the bananas one by one with bread
- Fry it on all 4 sides
- Turn on high heat and fry again for ten seconds
- Add some wolfberries as garnish
