- 240 g All-purpose flour
- 3 banana
- 20 g white sugar
- 75 g butter
- 1 egg
- Walnut kernels Moderate
- 1.25 g salt
- 8 g baking soda
- 5 ml Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the measured butter over water.
- Choose ripe bananas and crush the walnut kernels
- Mash 2 and a half bananas and use the remaining half for garnish
- Add sugar and vanilla extract to the banana puree and mix well
- Add eggs and melted butter and mix well with a hand whisk
- Add chopped walnuts and mix well
- Finally add flour, salt and baking powder and mix well
- Brush the mold with butter, pour the batter into the mold until it is 80% full, and place banana slices on top
- Preheat the oven and bake at 170℃ for 45 minutes
