Ingredients
  

  • 1 Beef ribs
  • vermicelli Moderate
  • Ginger Moderate
  • chopped green onion Moderate
  • star anise Moderate
  • Cinnamon Moderate
  • bay leaf Moderate
  • soy sauce Moderate
  • Oyster sauce Moderate
  • corn starch Moderate

Instructions
 

  • Soak the beef ribs in the bloody water, then wash and set aside.
  • Set aside ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaf.
  • Put the cleaned beef ribs into the pressure cooker.
  • Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn starch, ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon and bay leaf.
  • Add appropriate amount of water.
  • Bring the pressure cooker to a boil over high heat then reduce heat to low for about 30 minutes.
  • The pressed braised beef ribs can be used to cook noodles, rice noodles, etc
  • Boil water in a pot and add noodles.
  • Cook until noodles are cooked through and serve in a bowl.
  • Place the beef ribs, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and pour the noodle soup and beef rib soup over them.
