- beef Moderate
- vermicelli Moderate
- coriander Moderate
- Peanut Oil Moderate
- corn starch Moderate
- soy sauce Moderate
- Oyster sauce Moderate
- Salt Moderate
Instructions
- Wash the beef, cut into thin slices, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn starch and peanut oil and mix well.
- Chop a small amount of marinated beef and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry beef.
- Add appropriate amount of water and boil for two or three minutes.
- Season with a pinch of salt.
- Add in dried noodles.
- Bring to a boil over high heat until noodles are cooked through, then add coriander.
