In my previous article, I shared the method of making a simple banana pie. The crust was made of toast and it was very crispy. This time, I used hand-pulled pancake as the crust. The biggest difference between them is that toast is sweet, while hand-pulled pancake is not sweet. Both have a crispy taste, but they are two completely different feelings. Children may prefer the toast version, but old ladies like me will think that the hand-pulled pancake is less sweet and tastes better. The banana filling in the middle is also sweetened with condensed milk. It is sweet and milky, which is very delicious. The methods are similar, but there will be two different effects, each with its own advantages. In short, they are both delicious
