- 2 banana
- 150 g Glutinous rice flour
- 20 g White sugar
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces and place them on a large plate.
- Use a fork to mash the banana slices.
- Add 20 grams of white sugar and 150 grams of glutinous rice flour and mix well.
- Knead the glutinous rice flour into a ball. When kneading, bring four fingers together and press it with the base of your palm. It will be kneaded into a ball in three minutes.
- Divide the kneaded glutinous rice dough into ten equal parts, roll them into balls and flatten them into small pancakes for later use. If you like to add fillings, you can add red bean paste filling.
- Pour 150 ml of oil into the pot and heat it over high heat until the oil is 70% hot. You can judge how hot the oil is by the bubbles in the pot. Bubbles will start to form when the oil is 60% hot.
