Ingredients
- 80 g Low powder
- 2 egg
- 50 ml salad oil
- 50 g sugar
- 20 g cheese powder
- 2 g Baking powder
- 1 banana
- Shredded Coconut Moderate
Instructions
- Mix eggs, salad oil and sugar until evenly combined.
- Add all the flour ingredients.
- Mix lightly until there is no dry powder.
- Pour the cake batter into a baking pan, cut the banana into small pieces and put them into the cake batter, then sprinkle with shredded coconut.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the middle layer for 25 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
Notes
Powdered ingredients only need to be stirred evenly without any particles; there is no need to over-stir them, otherwise they will become sticky
