- 140 g all-purpose flour
- 30 g sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 250 ml milk
- 15 ml vegetable oil
- 4 pieces Apple

- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl
- Mix eggs, milk and vegetable oil evenly
- Pour the wet ingredients into the flour and mix well, then add the apple slices and mix well
