Spicy mashed potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 potato
- White radish A short paragraph
- 2 coriander
- salt moderate
- Chili Oil moderate
- Sichuan pepper oil moderate
Instructions
- Peel and wash potatoes, cut into large pieces;
- Boil potatoes in cold water;
- While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the white radish and cut it into thin strips;
- Wash and chop the coriander;
- Boil potatoes until soft and slightly cracked
- After cooling slightly, mash the potatoes
- Add shredded radish, coriander, chili oil and appropriate amount of salt
