Orange salad mashed potatoes subvert tradition, blending the sweet and sour fruity aroma of sunny oranges into dense mashed potatoes, creating a unique flavor that is refreshing and non-greasy. This innovative dish retains the healing taste of mashed potatoes and adds the refreshing characteristics of fruit salad. It is especially suitable for spring and summer or to be eaten with greasy main dishes.
