Instructions
- Peel and clean the potatoes, cut them into pieces and rinse them with water.
- Add the potato cubes to the pot and cook.
- Chop onion and garlic and place in a small bowl.
- Add vinegar, crushed black pepper and chili oil according to your taste and mix well.
- Take out the cooked potatoes, add crushed black pepper and salt, and mash them into a paste.
- Place the mashed potatoes into a bowl and smooth the surface.
- Pour the ingredients over the mashed potatoes.
