Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 200 ml milk

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients. The milk should be warm.
  • Banana slices
  • Put into juicer
  • Pour in warm milk, preferably enough to cover the bananas.
  • It can be done in a juicer for about 10 seconds, as bananas can be easily mashed into a paste
  • There is a layer of foam on the surface, and the taste is still good

Notes

You can choose bananas with black spots on the outside, which means they are riper and taste better. It is not recommended to add sugar, because fructose and lactose are enough to adjust the taste, and adding sugar will increase the burden on the body.
